Mechanical activation is known to greatly influence the reactivity of fly ashes. In this paper, we report a comparative study of the properties of alkaliactivated geopolymer materials prepared using both ballmilled and attritionmilled fly ashes. Ball milling was carried out for 30 min and 60 min while attrition milling was carried out continuously in a highspeed attritor.
